What is the return policy?

All sales are final. Please double check order before submitting.

When will I received my order?

All orders are custom made and will take approximately two weeks. You will be notified when the order is ready for pick up/shipping.

How do I make changes to an existing order?

Changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing an order. Please call us at 479-582-5553 to make any changes.

 Does the embroidery go all the way through the mask?

No, the fabric is embroidered before the mask is put together.
